I want to let you in on a little secret... I hate dieting!  

Avoiding foods I love, watching others eat foods I wish I could eat, being hungry.  Let me say that again.  
I really, really hate being hungry.  Frankly, it all stinks.   But, I love having a strong, FITBODY.  Feeling great inside and out.

Having the energy I need to live a super active life and the body I want to walk down the beach in a bikini with my head held high.  Frankly, I want my cake and to be able to eat it too!   

Long ago, I realized, I did not have to give up the foods I love to keep my six pack abs.  What I had to do was get creative.  Take ingredients that I knew were good for my body and combine them in new ways.  To take my favorite scrumptious comfort foods - hello French Toast! - and find ways to make these detectible treats both tasty and healthy.   

In this recipe book you will find some of my own very favorite recipes as well as ones made by creative women I have worked with over the years which have become FITBODY classics.  All enhanced with a punch of protein to keep my muscles happy complements of my favorite protein powder in the world, Beverly International's Ultimate Muscle Protein.

Soooo yummy!
I am so excited that Julie released this amazing recipe book! I can't think of a better way to keep myself on track with my fitness goals than having a great resource for delicious recipes....Especially with the best tasting protein out there- UMP! I have tried Julie's french toast and pancake recipes and was not disappointed :) can't wait to try more !

My kids are going to want to eat this up as well!
I downloaded it. Easy to do. So far from the quick read the recipes look easy to make and the layout is legible and will work on my iPad. Really appreciate the macro breakdown. Going to fit a few of these into my meal plan. My kids are going to want to eat this up as well!

Can't pick my favorite!
Well I must say, I cant pick a favorite because I LOVE THEM ALL!!!! They were all so incredible YUMMY!!! I made the Pumpkin Bread, Banana Muffin, and Granola Bars. Pure Heaven!!!! Its so amazing to be able to eat something so incredibly good and NOT kill the diet! Well actually, I don't even feel like I'm on a diet! Completely satisfied! Thanks so much!!!
