Simply incredible!
I learned ALOT about nutrition and exercise in the initial 8 weeks training with Julie. Continuing to train with her really took my body to the next level. I've been training with Julie for 2 years and I am still seeing changes in my body composition!

I tried fitness classes, working out in the gym, running and fitness and nutrition apps, but did not get results. In just 2 sessions of working with Julie, I lost 25 pounds and looked and felt better than I have in years. I have learned so much from Julie about fueling my body and strength training. I could not have made the changes I have made without her!

Wonderful Experience!
Working with Julie has been a wonderful experience. She tailors my programs to fit my physical needs as well as my daily schedule. She is always very quick to respond when I have questions or concerns and she always provides encouraging feedback. I am 47 years old and I have been through it with on and off again training and yo-yo dieting. Julie has designed nutritional plans as well as workout programs to help me get back on track and stay there. Her exercise library and menu plan have plenty to choose from so you never have to get bored with the same exercises or meals. I would love to have access to her in person, but I am truly grateful that she has an online program. I am also truly grateful that she agreed to work with me to help me achieve my fitness and nutritional goals. I have made up my mind that this has to be a lifestyle. Although it has truly been challenging, I feel better and I am definitely gaining strength. For me it has been slow, and I attribute this to my past of yo-yo dieting and the on and off again training. I am sure I can challenge myself more in the gym as well. Consistency is the key for me and slow progress is better than no progress and it's been a great start. Thank you, Julie for this amazing ministry!!

Having a plan makes a difference!
I can't believe how time flies! I renewed so we are good to go for another 2 months! I wanted to say that I absolutely love the workouts and meal plans. It is so nice to have everything already planned. I go to the gym many days and see my friends just standing around trying to figure out what to do! Especially with the start of school again it's nice to just go push it hard without having to think about it. Thanks a bunch :)
