Ultimate Muscle Protein Pancakes
Refuel your body with this protein packed indulgence. Made with my favorite protein powder, Ultimate Muscle Protein from Beverly International. So good you’ll feel like your cheating but so good for you that you can have them everyday! 

INGREDIENTS 
  • 2 Scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein 
  • 3 egg whites 
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal (dry) 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Enough water to make a batter consistency
DIRECTIONS
Mix oatmeal with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 1 minute.  Add remaining ingredients and add water to batter consistency. Spray skillet with Pam.  Cook in a skillet until bubbles form on the top and then flip.
Top with sugar free syrup or berries.
