Helped a lot

I had acid reflux issues and taking these actually really helped that. Wasnt even looking for it but they work well. I can eat and drink stuff that would bother me before.

I like the fittabs, but i'm not one to like taking multiple vitamins, they dont hurt my stomach or get sick. these you do take 4 a day, and i was hoping it was one or two tablets daily. That is my only complaint of taking too many a day.
