Great product, I'll buy again

Took this product in preparation for a physique competition. I had excellent results. Took 2nd in my division (Masters) and 5th against the 20yr olds (I'm 45) .While it's no magic pill, mixed with a clean diet it does what it's supposed to do.

I really like this product. It helps reduce sugar cravings, has biotin in it for your hair and nails, plus I didn't feel any side effects.

Does what is promised.

Combine with 7-Keto, especially if you're intermittent fasting.
