At FITBODY, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please review the following details about our shipping options, timelines, and policies. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:
Flat Rate Shipping:
Our most economical option. We select the best-value carrier (USPS, UPS) for your order based on location, package size, and weight. This option is insured but may take longer to arrive. Delivery is estimated between 3-15 days after processing, though actual timelines can vary. While offered as an economical choice—often at a loss to us—Flat Rate Shipping provides reliable delivery and tracking at an affordable price.
Flat-Rate Shipping
- Flat Rate Shipping applies to addresses in the continental United States only.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available on orders totaling $125 or more.
- Free shipping is unavailable in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. Additional shipping fees may apply for non-continental U.S. addresses (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam).
UPS® Ground:
Reliable ground delivery with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after processing. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders with P.O. Box addresses will be placed on hold until a physical address is provided.
USPS Ground Advantage:
Economical ground shipping. Estimated delivery is 4-15 days after processing.
USPS Priority Mail:
Faster delivery with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2-4 days after processing.
USPS Priority Mail Express:
The fastest USPS option. Estimated delivery is 1-2 days after processing.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, provided all items are in stock.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Fridays or during holidays will be processed the following business day.
- During high-volume periods, such as sales or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control.
- Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, and we’re here to help:
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the longest expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and may reship the order based on the outcome of the claim.
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must contact the carrier directly. While we provide tracking information and guidance, we are not responsible for theft, mis-delivery, or errors by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
- To avoid delays, please review your address carefully at checkout. If we do not receive an updated address within 10 days of a returned package, the order will be canceled per our cancellation policy and shipping fees will not be returned.
Handling P.O. Boxes
- UPS and USPS Priority Mail Express: These carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select one of these methods with a P.O. Box address, your shipment WILL be returned to us. To avoid additional shipping fees and delays, please ensure your address complies with the service you choose.
- If an updated address is not provided within 10 days after package return, the order will be canceled per our cancellation policy and the shipping charge will not be refunded.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping to addresses outside the United States.
Important Notes About Shipping:
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delays are beyond our control.
If your package is delayed due to weather, allow additional time for delivery. Contact us if there’s no movement within 7 business days, and we will assist in tracking the package.
In cases where your package arrives damaged, opened, or destroyed, notify us within 2 business days of delivery at shop@fitbody.com, including photographs of the damaged package and do not discard product or packaging. Contacting the carrier immediately is also recommended. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier to the best of our ability.
We are not responsible for any losses, damage or theft after carrier receives package.
