Return Policy

At FITBODY, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. To process returns and refunds efficiently, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns must begin with the initiation of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This unique number allows us to track your return from start to finish. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or subject to additional fees.

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@fitbody.com or use the chat feature on our website. We will provide an RMA and further instructions. Returns cannot be processed or refunded without this information.


General Return Guidelines

  • Condition of Items: All items must be in new, unopened condition.
  • Eligible Refunds: Beverly International products carry a 100% money-back guarantee for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective or undamaged items. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the cost to ship the original order to you will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Products and Subscriptions

  • Digital Downloads: There are no refunds or returns for digital products or PDF programs. If you experience technical issues, contact us at shop@fitbody.com within 14 days for assistance.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions require a minimum of two deliveries to qualify for discounted pricing. Cancellations can only be processed after the second delivery. Refunds or credits will not be issued for canceled subscriptions that do not meet this requirement.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photographs of the damaged product and packaging.  Keep all packaging and product for evaluation should the shipper require it.
  • FITBODY will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • To expedite the process, email us the tracking number for your return shipment.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are generally issued as store credit, minus any applicable shipping costs. You will receive notification through our system once the refund is issued.

  • RMA Requirement: Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or incur additional fees.
  • Free Shipping Deductions: If your original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping the original order will be deducted from your refund.
