❌ Pump strain and poor circulation
-
❌ Over-complicated builds that never stay running
This setup keeps water moving smoothly, stays easy to service, and doesn’t require constant tinkering.

✔ Experienced builders who want a cleaner system
If you’re the kind of person who values doing it once and doing it right, these are for you.
📦 What’s Not Included (On Purpose)
These are plumbing plans, not a complete cold-plunge build plan. You'll choose the tub, chiller, pump and filtration equipment that best fits your build. The guides show how those components are plumbed together and include recommended parts and suppliers.
IMPORTANT — CONNECTION TO YOUR TUB
The tub connection points shown in these plumbing diagrams use ½" fittings. Your cold plunge may use a different size or connection type. Before ordering your final fittings, determine the size and thread type of your tub's inlet and outlet. You may need additional adapters to transition between the ½" connections shown here and your tub or bulkhead fittings.
Inside the PDFs, I also include recommended parts and trusted suppliers I personally use. Some of those links are affiliate links, which means it doesn’t cost you anything extra—but if you choose to purchase through them, I earn a small commission.
That support helps me continue testing gear and producing real-world builds, updates and improvements for the YouTube channel.
