  • 7 oz Water (divided)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vanilla Layer:

    • In a small mixing bowl, combine Vanilla UMP, PB2, and 3 oz water. Mix until smooth.

  2. Prepare the Cookies & Crème Layer:

    • In a separate mixing bowl, combine Cookies & Crème UMP, Truvia, and 4 oz water. Mix until smooth.

  3. Assemble the Parfait:

    • In a serving dish or cup, layer the vanilla and cookies & crème mixtures.

  4. Set the Parfait:

    • Place the parfait in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
