Been in the gym since i was a teenager. Throughout my gym years i’ve tried different brands. Nothing has come close to BEVERLY products. My wife and i are using creatine select to replace our coffee fix becore & after gym. Now 53 years old i find this creatine gives me the extra pep i needed. We actuly take an Advil p.m. to get us to sleep. Thats how well its working for us.

I have used plain Creatine Monohydrate in the past, in fact I made it a point to use the simplest product I could find. Nothing extra, just creatine. It does what you want strength and pump work pretty good, the taste is not great could dissolve better. I wish it didn't have sucralose, seems sucralose is not the best for your gut health.
