Works fairly well. I have used it about 2 weeks now and have started to notice a difference in the pump while working out. I would recommend this within a stack for the best possible benefits.

outside of UMP this is my fav product, training on an empty stomach this gives me a great pump and seems to allow me to retain muscle even in a caloric deficit---great product!

I am 44 years old and use this on every training day! Muscle Synergy was recommended to me when I first started training with Julie. I immediately noticed that I have better endurance on cardio days and better results on targeted muscle groups during strength training. When I focus on my arms, I am blown away at how full and vascular they appear and how I can maintain my momentum and push through challenging sets. This product is 10x better than creatine-only products on the market. Replace creatine-only products, and just use this!

Use during my peak POWERLIFTING phase where my volume is increased DRAMATICALLy. About 4 months of the year. Synergy increases my work capacity and aids in my recovery in order to train more often at a high intensity. Combined with Creatine Select, it is the most powerful stack you can use to increase size and streNgth.

No overwhelming jitters, no ridiculous skin tingles...just pump and power! I love this stuff. I mix it with water and ice and take before my workouts about 30 minutes ahead. The gains I've seen are great and the fact that it has Creatine built in is a HUGE bonus for me making it simple to incorporate!

I seem to be getting good results from it. I’ll continue taking it for another couple of months to see what kind of gains I see.

Great ingredients horrible taste

I've shared in other reviews about how muscle synergy helped me improve my strength for a strongman competition at the age of 50, getting 4 of 6 personal records. Well, now I've convinced my husband to use it at the age of 58 and he cannot believe how it has made an impact on his strength also. You can really feel the power, the pump and see improvements in only a few weeks. I love a lot of the Beverly products, but this is definitely my 'go to' recommendation for strength.

Fantastic Intra Workout drink!! It gives me the extra pump and ATP output during my high intensity resistance training sessions. Very nice light flavor without all the unnecessary sweetness. Highly recommended!

I've used in the past when making gains. I have lost all of my cuts and gains during COVID and this combined with a few other products from BI, I'm starting see my gains again - WIP (Work In Progress) and trusting the process. Looking forward Summer 2023!

I havent had a chance to try this yet, Im finishing my synergy tablets first. I love the tabs but they are so big and hard for me to get down my throat, especially one right after the other. Looking forward to an easy drink version

Been using this product when I wake up and pre-workout. On days I don't lift I take in the morning and afternoon. I can really tell a difference in my vascularity for sure. Lemon flavor tastes great!

I had been using another HMB product for years when I found Muscle Synergy. I have made definite gains in strength since starting Muscle Synergy. Another Beverly International must have!

Bottom line: it works quite well! Have tried many different products in this line that caused bloating. I've gotten no bloating from this product and gotten great pumps and noticed a bit more vascularity. Currently in single digit (estimated) body fat levels (41 years old) and preparing for another BB competition. Will continue to use this product for the duration of competition prep. Tip: make sure you also are running with enough sodium and water to help with the pumps and vascularity.

I have been taking Synergy for several years. It makes my body feel better prepared for my workouts. I believe it helps with stamina, recovery and overall health. I take it first thing every morning and pre-workout and love the results. In my opinion, it is worth every penny!

I deadlift at five in the morning and this product is awesome! It digests easily and doesn’t have an overwhelming taste.
