I had acid reflux issues and taking these actually really helped that. Wasnt even looking for it but they work well. I can eat and drink stuff that would bother me before.

I like the fittabs, but i'm not one to like taking multiple vitamins, they dont hurt my stomach or get sick. these you do take 4 a day, and i was hoping it was one or two tablets daily. That is my only complaint of taking too many a day.

I have been using this vitamin for almost 24 years.

I have been taking these supplements for about a week now. I can feel an improvement in my mood and energy since starting them. I love the benefits of the easily digested iron and probiotics included. They are on the large side, but the other benefits outweigh the size.

Fit Tabs is my go-to multi-vitamin! I take 2 every morning with breakfast and the difference in how fresh my skin looks, how much my hair grows, and how strong my nails are is amazing. This is THE one supplement I recommend to EVERY one of my online training clients. Women simply must have Fit Tabs to round out their vitamin and mineral intake for a healthy & FITBODY!

Alternate these with Super Paks so that I know my Vitamin intake is up to snuff.

Fit Tabs are part of my daily routine. I have been taking these vitamins for over a year, and have even gifted them to coworkers and family members. I have energy without feeling jittery. I’m not fatigued during the day, I no longer have a mid-day caffeine fix, and I haven’t felt run-down or been sick. I recommend these to anyone who wants the benefit of a strong vitamin but is not interested in taking 9 pills at a time to achieve that. I take two in the morning with a meal, and two at lunch with a meal.

When exercising hard and often, the required supplementation is a bit different than what a regular multi-vitamin would offer. The latter is aimed more at making up for small, but cumulative dietary deficiencies, while the former (Fit Tabs) is tailored to "spot" and rapid depletion of some vitamins, esp. in the B group, in different amounts. So far, so good for me with Fit Tabs.

These are the best multivitamins that I have found so far. Other brands contain very little or no iron, which is very important for any kind of training. Plus the probiotics and trace minerals. When they are on sale they are a bargain

This is a good alternative to Super Pak, if you don't need the level of vitamins and minerals in Super Pak. Plus 4 tabs are pretty easy to swallow and meets or exceeds the nutrients I'm seeking.

A really good quality multivitamin. When I unintentionally stopped taking it for a couple of days I could tell a definite difference.

I had run out of Fit Tabs and forgotten to reorder. I figured that I could just get by w/o them. Boy I was wrong. I had no energy and felt bogged down. Finally my order arrived and I feel great again. I’m on my 4th bottle! I usually order 3-4 bottles at a time so I never worry about running out. Lesson learned, reorder when you are in your last bottle. Thank you Beverly for making a wonderful vitamin
