Start by saying this isn't paid ad. I have been using Bev products for years and keep adding more. This year I added Quardracarn, Lean Out, and 7-Keto. I use 7-Keto Musclean with Lean Out, and I have lost 10 pounds in 40 days without exercise. I have a knee injury, so simply less calories with the assistance of these two supplements have been the reason for the healthy weight loss. I don’t take the full dosing yet, as I also drink coffee and it is a stimulant. I take about 3 per day spread out, not at once like suggested. I don’t crave certain bad foods anymore and typically eat much less at meal time. I can go longer without eating as well. I would suggest working yourself up to the full dosing, if you aren’t use to how stimulants feel. Give this product a chance as I have tried to lose weight at 44 and have been struggling and I know a lot about nutrition. My metabolism has significantly slowed and this product has helped. I eat small meals throughout the (entire) day and feel full due to using this product.

I've definitely noticed a difference. I can't attest to actual fat loss yet as this is my first week using it... It's totally helped me control cravings and overeating.
