Every woman over 40 needs ZMA!!!

It is crazy the difference I notice both in my recovery and sleep with ZMA. I am no where near as sore as I was previously after hard workouts and hot flashes have all but disappeared. I see why it recommends to take this before bed- I've slept like a baby ever since taking this. It almost works TOO well for this purpose- Instead of my normal 7 hours of sleep a night, I've been getting 9. Very unusual for me! If you are having trouble sleeping, I'd recommend trying this in lieu of other sleep aids.
