This is a game changer! I’ve tried other magnesium sleep aids and they either don’t keep me asleep through the night or I wake up groggy the next day. this product is another staple in my daily supplement. although, I may slack on it sometimes, or I do it to subconsciously make it last longer, I sometimes only take it on heavy workout days, the days that you know next day soreness is inevitable. taking zma2000 the night before minimizes the soreness for the next 24-48 hours.

I have used other brands of ZMA and felt nothing. BI ZMA puts me in to the deepest sleep that I've had in decades. I have the most lucid dreams. It's like watching a movie when I fall asleep. I have taken ZMA from BI for nearly 20 years for natural testosterone levels. At 63 yrs of age, it is a staple in my supplements. I buy it by the case to make sure I dont run out. As an NGA Masters Pro Bodybuilder I strongly recommend it.

I started using this a month ago and it is very helpful for me getting the amount of REM sleep I need. I usually only wake 1x per night when taking ZMA and wake up 3x per night when I don't. Just starting to pair 2x Quadra & 2x ZMA before bed as recommended. Very interested to see what happens.

I like this product and it works. I have always taken melatonin but sometimes would wake up at 2 pm or so. I have been getting a great night sleep since I started using it. I’ve also noticed less soreness after workouts so perhaps it is related.

When I take ZMA at bedtime, I am guaranteed a good nights rest and wake up feeling energized. Especially great, during these cold, dark winter Indiana months when you don't feel like getting out of bed. I don't have that problem when I take this. So thankful for this. I’ve used zma over the years during my training but just learned of the Beverly ZMA. I’m in week 2 of bodybuilding prep and have been take Beverly’s ZMA for 2 wks. I notice I don’t fall asleep as quickly as other brands BUT I sleep very soundly and wake up very refreshed! This week, I actually started waking up on my own fully refreshed and ready to go WELL BEFORE MY ALARM WENT OFF! I’m enjoying the results so far! I would recommend this product!
