If you’ve arrived here after interacting with a site called FITODY.com, or received an unexpected charge on your PayPal account or credit card, please know:

FITBODY.com® is not affiliated with FITODY in any way.  (Note the spelling difference)

We are a U.S.-based, family-owned fitness and supplement business, proudly operating since 2002. We are the original and only FITBODY.com®, a registered trademark dedicated to empowering our clients through high-quality supplements, nutrition plans, and expert coaching.

UPDATE 04/23/2025:
Despite providing irrefutable evidence that these reviews were posted in error (including screenshots showing orders placed with Fitody.com), Trustpilot has refused to remove the false claims. As a result, we are currently pursuing the removal of our business profile from their platform and reporting the abuse to relevant authorities.

If you paid using PayPal, it was not through FITBODY.com. Our store processes payments securely through Stripe and does not accept PayPal at checkout.

Several scam websites—including Fitody Limited—are falsely using names that sound similar to ours to mislead buyers and create confusion.

These fraudulent companies have no connection to FITBODY.com, and we have no control over their transactions, return processes, or customer service.

⚠️ Misdirected Reviews & Fraudulent Claims

Recently, we’ve received false negative reviews on platforms like Trustpilot from individuals who mistakenly believe they purchased from us.

These reviews mention:

  • Missing or undelivered products to overseas addresses

  • Refund requests through PayPal

  • Poor customer support from “FITODY”

In each of these cases, the person actually interacted with Fitody.com or another scam merchant using a similar sounding name—not FITBODY.com®. We’ve verified that none of these individuals placed orders with our store or contacted our support team.

We are actively working to remove these false reviews and protect our customers and brand from further confusion.

  • We only ship products we stock in-house

  • Our customer support email is shop @ fitbody . com

  • We do not send unsolicited text messages or spam offers nor do we advertise on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or other social media channels.

  • We never process orders via PayPal or through third-party coupon sites
