UMP has been my go-to protein powder for over a decade. It’s delicious and versatile—a number of tasty flavors to choose from! I use it in shakes, to make pudding, or to combine with eggs to make crepes. My cholesterol levels like it because I don’t have to eat as much animal protein to fulfill protein intake requirements (don’t get me wrong—I love fish, steak, chicken, etc). I work out 5 days per week and it helps me avoid unhealthy snacks when I’m really hungry, and fuels my workouts at the same time! Helps support muscle growth. Need I say more?
Like many other Beverly products, I've been taking Multiple Enzymes for years. I really can't say I can "feel" the benefits, but my gut health has been pretty good. I also use probiotics from time to time, but I always come back to this. Very cost effective even if you take with every meal, which I don't. I find one or two a day to work fine.
No overwhelming jitters, no ridiculous skin tingles...just pump and power! I love this stuff. I mix it with water and ice and take before my workouts about 30 minutes ahead. The gains I've seen are great and the fact that it has Creatine built in is a HUGE bonus for me making it simple to incorporate!
